After years of practicing traditional therapy in an office setting, I noticed a recurring theme in my clients' stories: a longing for connection—not only with themselves or others but with something greater and more grounding. I have found that integrating outdoor experiences with counseling creates transformative outcomes.

Instead of meeting in a tradtional office, sessions are held outdoors in a natural setting we choose together. Sessions may incorporate nature metaphors and mindfulness practices to deepen connection with the self and environment.
